Many gamers have been waiting over a decade for the release of a sequel to Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo Franchise. Now that we’re five-and-a-half weeks out from the fateful day of release of that sequel, Blizzard is offering a website based event to entice our interest in the story and lore of the franchise and the heroes whom will be leading the charge in the war against Hell itself.
The “Darkness Falls. Heroes Rise.” event currently taking place on Blizzard’s Diablo 3 Website is an opportunity for fans to learn more about the character classes that will be introduced in Diablo 3 through art, stories, games, contests, and other content. Additionally, through browsing and interacting with the content on the website aspiring players of Diablo 3 will be able to unlock Exclusive Content for use within the game itself.
